How does the app price an item?

AI identifies the item from your photo, asks for the clues that change the price (maker's marks, labels, weight), then checks current market listings. It's a fast estimate, not a professional appraisal.

Why did it ask me for more photos?

Two items can look identical but differ 10× in value because of a stamp or a label. Clues let us price the one in your hand. You can always skip and see the verdict right away.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Open the Settings app on your iPhone → your name → Subscriptions → Steal or Skip → Cancel Subscription. If you're on a free trial, cancel at least 24 hours before it ends to avoid being charged.

I paid but the app still shows the free plan.

In the app, go to Settings → Restore purchases. If that doesn't work, email us.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds are handled by Apple. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

How do invite codes work?

Share your code. When a friend redeems it, you both get 3 free scans (up to 20 invites).

How do I delete my data?

Delete the app to remove everything on your device. To delete what's on our server, email us your invite code from the app. See the Privacy Policy.
